Ordering your pastel is an easy telephone call away. After we discuss
the details of your painting, a deposit of 50% is required along with receipt of the
photos I will be working from. You can mail or email the photos. A check or money
order can be mailed to my address. I can also send a paypal invoice to your
email which will allow you to use a credit card of your choice or through your paypal
Within the first week after receiving the deposit and photos I will
send you, via e-mail, fax or mail, the first stage of your painting. It will be a color
copy of the initial pose and color sketch for your approval. This is to make sure that
you like the colors and placement/composition of your painting.
Please sign and return this copy along with the balance due. Upon receipt, I will complete the
portrait and mail it out to you. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the
painting, in the original packing, and I will refund the full amount less shipping costs.
It usually takes 4-6 weeks from receipt of deposit and photos for you to receive the completed

Your pastel painting needs to be handled with care. The pastel is very
soft and can be easily smudged.
Your painting will arrive mounted to a firm board with a waxy paper wrapping designed specifically
to protect the delicate pastel. It is further protected between two additional stiff boards.
In order to protect your painting, have it framed behind glass as soon as possible. A local frame
shop can provide professional service or a store bought glazed frame will
